Blue Knight Men's Soccer
Welcome to the Urbana University Men's Soccer Webpage,
The Urbana University men’s soccer team finished 2013 with an overall record of 7-7-4, including a conference mark of 6-3-3 (MEC). On the back of our 2012 G-MAC Conference Championship, the team finished a credible 3rd in the new and challenging Mountain East Conference. Despite fielding a young team in 2013, our players showed great promise for the future, as we landed 4 players on the NSCAA All-Region team and a number of MEC Conference awards including Goalkeeper of the Year (freshman) Nathan Jones, and freshman of the year, Ben Fitzpatrick. Back in 2012, we finished with a 10-7-1 record and captured the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Championship, the first conference title in school history.
We have a beautiful school with a wide array of academic programs. Urbana University is nestled in the Ohio countryside, but it is within a 45-minute drive of Dayton and Columbus, Ohio. We have a small school environment with an average teaching ratio of 16 students to 1 professor. Our facilities are excellent with an all-weather stadium and grass practice fields. We have locker rooms, a swimming pool and a gymnasium on campus, all within walking distance of all our residence halls.
We seek players who are serious about playing and competing at this level. The same applies to our diligence in the classroom. We seek diligent student-athletes who are committed to helping us maintain our high level of success in the classroom.

Men's Soccer Ends Season with 2-2 Tie at OCUNov. 1st, 2014
The Urbana University men’s soccer team put the finishing touches on their 2014 campaign on the road at Oakland City University on Saturday afternoon. The Blue Knights and Mighty Oaks ended their frigid non-conference affair in a 2-2 draw after 20 extra minutes couldn’t decide a winner. OCU upended Urbana 2-0 in the 2013 regular season finale at UU Stadium last fall.
Urbana scored the first two goals on Saturday. Lewis Dunne assisted Callum Kerswell-Reid in the 4th minute on a perfect cross to the far post that Kerswell-Reid banged home from 6 yards out. Just 14 minutes later, Dunne was at it again, assisting Ebeneezer Agyeman with a through ball that Agyeman had to chip in from 12 yards out. Read More
