Blue Knights Fall to Tough Manchester Club
NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. (Oct. 8, 2004) - The Urbana University women's soccer team scored two second half goals, but it wasn't enough as they fell in a non-conference game to Manchester College, 3-2 in overtime Friday. The loss is the third overtime defeat the Blue Knights have suffered this season and their fourth game to go to overtime periods. Urbana still holds a 6-6-2 record after the loss. [more]

Urbana University student Jennifer May has been named the recipient of the NAIA's prestigious A.O. Duer Award, presented by Daktronics. She was one of only two students chosen nationally by the NAIA Council of Faculty Athletics Representatives from a field of nominees from 299 NAIA member institutions. [more]
